At Modern Sofas, we love taking inspiration not only from the best designed homes but also from restaurants. There are a lot of restaurants out there with incredible design and beautiful sofas that you can take inspiration from when decorating your living room. Here are some of our favorites!
Le Pain Français: Located in Gothenburg, Sweden, this luxurious restaurant resembles a fancy, colorful museum and was designed by Stylt Trampoli, a Swedish architecture and design firm. One of our favorite furniture pieces is the velvet sofa with a stunning shape and texture.
The Gallery at Sketch: India Mahdavi is the designer behind this amazing restaurant interior where vintage meets modern in a feminine style. We love the color and the mix of leather and velvet. It would be perfect for a modern and glamorous living room furniture set.
The Viceroy Hotel Bar: designed by Kelly Wearstler, this bar in Santa Monica, California, includes a statement green sofa that is the center of attention.
Soho House: this members’ club in Toronto is a stunning restaurant with rustic decor and a glamorous modern black leather sofa.
Artesian: this bar at the Langham Hotel, in London, was designed by David Collins Studio. We love its beautiful leather sofas, from their shape to the color and material.
Vogue Lounge: located in Bangkok, this bar and restaurant was also designed by David Collins Studio and includes a stunning large sofa that looks incredible paired with the gold pieces.
Home-Made Delicate: this exquisite bistro in Milan, Italy, was designed by Logic Architecture and it is a place “where guests are charmed by the effortless bond between style and comfort”. We love the leather sofa as the statement pop of color in the restaurant.
Hotel Vernet Restaurant: François Champsaur was the designer behind the renovation of this hotel in Paris’ famed Champ-Elysées. It includes a stunning blue sofa that completely steals the scene!
